LPs Unite to Formulate GRESB Tool

As the private sector increasingly funds large, government-based infrastructure projects around the world, a group of institutional investors has united to form GRESB Infrastructure, a sustainability benchmark for the industry to help GPs and LPs make informed decisions about these types of vehicles.
