PREA: Rising RE Allocations

A global survey by PREA, INREV, and ANREV shows institutional investors outside the U.S. are more likely to increase their RE allocations. PREA’s Greg MacKinnon says the survey shows the U.S. is the top destination for investors, and managers have to weigh the benefits of a global capital raise.
