Major institutional investors in private equity have a new benchmark –  the ILPA Private Markets Benchmark, launched in March 2013. Privcap’s David Snow asks Michael Elio of the Institutional Limited Partners Association and Andrea Auerbach of Cambridge Associates to explain what the ILPA benchmark is, and is not.
