William Spizman

Bill specializes in transaction advisory services for private equity funds and strategic buyers having significant experience with midsized companies. With more than 30 years of transaction experience representing buyers and sellers of businesses, Bill leads the business and food and beverage sector of the Transaction Advisory Services practice, and is an active member of the firm’s National Food and Beverage Industry Group. Bill’s food and beverage due diligence experience includes acquisitions and sales of processors, manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
