Wen Tan
Partner, FLAG Capital Management
Tan is a partner based in FLAG’s Hong Kong office and a member of the FLAG Asia Investment Committee. He joined FLAG in 2012 upon the firm’s acquisition of Squadron Capital, where he served as a managing director and a member of the investment committee. Prior to joining Search Investment Group (Squadron Capital’s former parent) in 2004, he was an associate director with Ernst & Young’s China transaction advisory services group, focusing on cross-border transactions. He also served as an M&A investment banker with Lazard in London, and was a chartered accountant with KPMG’s financial services division in London.
