Vaughn Brock

Vaughn Brock is Director of Energy & Natural Resources at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. Prior to joining TRS in September of 2012, Vaughn founded American Ventus Energy for the purpose of developing wind farms in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. Vaughn also was President of Brock Consulting Group where he acquired, developed, leased and managed over 2,000,000 square feet of office, retail, industrial and multifamily space. In addition, he has worked as a petroleum geologist for Exxon and developed oil and gas properties in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado and Utah.
