Tom Anderson

Before joining Riverside in 2013, Tom served as Operating Advisor for Sun Capital Partners, an $8b private investment firm, directing company-wide turnarounds and strategic growth initiatives across the portfolio in the US and EU. Previously he served as Director with AlixPartners, an international turnaround and restructuring firm, where he was a founding core team member of the Performance Improvement Practice focusing on operational restructurings in the private equity space. Before that Tom was a Senior Manager with KPMG Consulting, leading economic value and profit improvement engagements for Fortune 500 companies. He started his 25-year career first as Production Supervisor and then as an Industrial Engineer for First Brands Corporation, the former Home and Automotive Division of Union Carbide.
