Head of Americas, Union Investment
Thomas Gnieser joined the company on 1 July 2014 as Senior Investment Manager at the New York office, which opened in 2003. In the newly created post of head of the Americas, Gnieser is responsible for the Hamburg-based real estate investment company’s transactions in North and Latin America. Union Investment currently manages a real estate portfolio of some 20 office properties worth over EUR 1.8 billion in the US and Mexico. In the medium term, Union Investment intends to invest around USD 2 billion in the Americas.
