Theodore Karatz

Teddy Karatz is a Director at GTIS and is responsible for sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities. Prior to joining GTIS, Karatz worked at O’Donnell/Atkins, a residential land brokerage firm where he worked directly with public and private homebuilders and developers to identify acquisition opportunities throughout California. Prior to O’Donnell Atkins, Karatz worked in the acquisitions group at KB Home, where he sourced and negotiated residential acquisition opportunities for the firm. Mr. Karatz moved to Los Angeles in February 2013 to open GTIS’ West Coast office.
