Simon Mallinson
Executive Managing Director, Real Capital Analytics
Simon Mallinson joined Real Capital Analytics in January 2013 as Executive Managing Director of its EMEA operations. Simon Mallinson is responsible for the management and development of RCA’s expanding EMEA business.
Previously, Simon Mallinson was a Senior Director leading European Research and Performance Measurement at Invesco Real Estate. Prior to working with Invesco, Simon Mallinson was a part of the Investment Property Databank (IPD) team, which he joined in 1998. He held a number of roles in London before moving to Chicago and establishing IPD’s first North American office. When he left, Simon was Head of US Services.
Simon Mallinson has been active across a number of international associations, including the Investment Property Forum, INREV, NCREIF and PREA. He is also a member of the Society of Property Researchers, ICSC and the Real Estate Research Institute.
Simon Mallinson completed his bachelor’s degree at Leeds University and a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Development from Manchester University. He also holds MRICS accreditation.
