Shyam Gidumal joined EY as markets leader for the operational transaction services practice based in the Northeast. Shyam has been active in the private equity business for the past 20 years, as an operating partner, and general partner in institutional PE funds, and chief restructuring officer, president and CEO of portfolio companies. Prior to joining EY, Shyam was the founder of Strategic Turnarounds and Investment Corp.
