Edelheit is the national real estate leader for RSM. He oversees all activities for the national real estate practice across a broad array of services, including assurance, tax, transactional due diligence, lease consulting, financial reporting outsourcing, cost segregation, and other consulting services. Edelheit has more than 35 years of public accounting experience, primarily focusing on the real estate industry, with clients including real estate opportunity funds, joint ventures and portfolio companies, REITS, developers, owners and investors, and real estate management, brokerage and advisory firms.
