Mr. Aube, who joined Pine Brook in July 2011, is co-president of Pine Brook and is responsible for managing the Firm’s energy investment activities. He is also a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Aube currently represents Pine Brook as a director of Accelerate Resources Holdings, LLC, Brigham Resources, LLC, Cahill Services, LLC, Elevation Resources Holdings, LLC, GR Energy Services Holdings LP, High Ground Energy Inc., Saguaro Resources Ltd., Serafina Energy Ltd., Stonegate Production Company I & II, and Wagon Wheel Exploration, LLC.
