Chen is responsible for investor relations, investor reporting, and related financial analysis. Prior to the formation of Exeter, she served as an acquisition associate for Preferred Real Estate Investments, served as vice president at PMC Property Group, and served as an acquisitions analyst at the private equity investment manager Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds and at Liberty Property Trust, where she started her real estate career. Chen received an A.B. from Harvard University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in real estate.
