Piyush Bhardwaj

Bhardwaj is managing principal of CoInvestment Partners and has in-depth experience in sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing direct real estate and entity level investments in the United States, Canada and Gulf Cooperation Council. Previously head of transactions with Mubadala Prudential Real Estate Investors, Bhardwaj was involved with acquisitions, development, asset management, dispositions, entity-level investments, capital market activities and fundraising, and has developed strong relationships with investors among all tiers throughout the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Bhardwaj has been directly involved in the execution of over $12B in transactions (equity and debt). He has also managed a portfolio of six real estate operating companies and executed exit strategy for two via sales to a REIT.
