Philippe Leroy

Leroy is Partner for EY’s Transaction Advisory Services team. Leroy has over 15 years of transaction experience. Leroy originally joined EY in 2002. Leroy has extensive experience in buy-side financial due diligence for Private Equity as well as corporate strategic clients, preparation of carve-out financial statements and sell-side reports, as well as overall support of management teams during selling process. Leroy has also worked on domestic and cross border transactions involving multi-disciplinary teams. Leroy has developed a broad range of industry experience, including sectors such as technology (software), media and entertainment, servicing and commercial businesses businesses.
