Joining MB Real Estate in 2007, Peter Westmeyer is President and Managing Director, MB Real Estate Health Care, where he is responsible for investment and capital market activity for the Chicago-based firm. He is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and financing commercial real estate investments, structuring capital, and facilitating real estate transactions. Mr. Westmeyer is engaged in analyzing commercial real estate, cash flows, operating statements, leases and budgets and assessing risk within properties and portfolios. He is proficient underwriting real estate investments and structuring transactions to mitigate risk and maximize returns. Prior to joining MB Real Estate, Mr. Westmeyer worked as an Associate for the Corporate Investment Group within the Investment Banking Division of Bank of America. Previous to banking, he worked in investment sales, specializing in multi-family and land properties in Denver.
