Peter Steil

Peter Steil has had a long and distinguished career in the commercial real estate sector. Beginning at Morgan Stanley, Peter Steil rose to become a Managing Director and senior executive of the firm's real estate business and was active in a broad range of real estate financing, corporate advisory, and investment activities, both domestically and internationally. As a fiduciary serving institutional investors, he was a partner of RREEF and then led Lend Lease's initial efforts as the CEO responsible for building a global real estate portfolio. More recently, Peter Steil has led and managed numerous real estate transactions and advisory assignments with Prescott Capital Advisors, LLC, a boutique real estate merchant bank. Among his past responsibilities, he advised Allegis in the firm's sale to UBS as well as Morgan Stanley's acquisition of Lend Lease's North American business.
