Peter Hayes

Mr. Peter Hayes is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Investment Research at PGIM Real Estate. Mr. Hayes is responsible for providing strategic advice and supporting research to the firms’s investment management and private equity divisions worldwide. He also leads the firm's European research team. Prior to this, Mr. Hayes served as the Head of Economic and Real Estate Forecasting for DTZ. In this role, he was responsible for producing global economic and real estate forecasts. Before that, Mr. Hayes was the Head of Regional Research and a UK Economist at the Bank of England, where he managed several significant real estate projects. He also served as a Lecturer in Economics at the Universities of Sheffield and Kings College London. Mr. Hayes was a Professor at Southern Connecticut State University. He holds Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Sheffield, an M.A. in Macroeconomics from the University of Liverpool, and a B.A. (Honors) in Economics from University College, Swansea.
