A former practicing real estate and bankruptcy attorney, Michael heads up a team of more than 40 professionals who specialize in lease analysis and abstraction, real estate advisory services and audits, discounted cash flow modeling and related financial due diligence, property and asset management services. Clients include real property owners, REITs, management companies, lenders, government entities, and tenant-based national corporations engaged in the acquisition, disposition, management, advisory and investment in retail, office, industrial and cell tower real estate interests on a national level.
