Michael J. Lyons is the President of Lincolnshire Management. Mr. Lyons began his affiliation with Lincolnshire in 1994 when he was Chief Operating Officer at one of its portfolio companies. Mr. Lyons has significant operating experience, having served as COO for a number of middle market companies. Mr. Lyons’ experience includes the successful execution of several financial recapitalizations and operational restructurings for manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Mr. Lyons started his career as a CPA with PriceWaterhouse.
