Michael Feiner

Michael Feiner is a senior managing director of Irving Place Capital. Feiner leads the firm’s efforts in helping portfolio company management teams build, grow, and develop their leaders and managers. In 1996, Feiner founded a consulting firm working with organizations on their human capital strategies. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for PepsiCo Inc.’s beverage operations worldwide.
