Menno Antal joined 3i in 2000. He is currently Managing Partner, co-head of Private Equity and part of 3i’s Executive Committee, having been Managing Director for the Benelux since 2003. He has been a key member of the teams working on several of the Benelux team’s buyouts including Basic-Fit, Action, Element Materials Technology, VNU Media, Dockwise, Refresco, ABX, Hyva, UTT, Malmberg, De Telefoongids and YBR. He currently sits on the boards of Action, Azelis and OneMed. Prior to joining 3i, Menno held a broad range of international managerial positions within Heineken.
