Lauren De Paula, First Reserve

Lauren M. De Paola, Director of Communications, joined First Reserve in 2005. Ms. De Paola works on corporate communications activity including media and public relations, limited partner and portfolio communications, events and speaking engagements, and portfolio / deal flow reporting. In addition, she coordinates First Reserve’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) initiatives and the Firm’s efforts to review best practices as it relates to Responsible Investment policies and procedures. She also supports the Firm’s Investment Committees and related communications. Prior to joining First Reserve, she was a Product Manager for MBI, Inc. Prior to that, she worked as the Creative Department Coordinator with the advertising agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Ms. De Paola holds an A.B. from Harvard University.
