Kris is a principal in Ernst & Young LLP’s Valuation & Business Modeling (VBM) practice in Houston and serves as the Market Leader for VBM in the Southwest Region. Since joining EY in 2002, he has served as part of its Transaction Advisory Services team. In his current role, Kris is responsible for advising energy clients about valuation issues related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring and reorganization, and dispute resolution.
