Kevin Higgins
Real Estate Portfolio Manager,
Kevin Higgins is real estate portfolio manager at the New Jersey Division of Investment. He joined the $75B public pension plan in 2015. Formerly, Kevin was founder and principal of Crossroads Advisors providing advisory services to institutional investors and managers. He was also Head of Americas private real estate for Swiss Re Asset Management constructing investment portfolios, initiating private equity investments and trading real estate fixed income. Prior to Swiss Re, Kevin was on the restructuring team at Mutual Benefit Life. He has an MBA from New York University and earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
