Kelly has more than 10 years of professional experience providing financial statement audits and advising clients on accounting, finance and business processes for middle market clients, with the last seven years focused on providing financial due diligence services. Her transaction advisory and financial due diligence experience includes identification of key deal issues, quality of earnings analysis, revenue and profitability analysis, working capital and purchase agreement consultation.
