He is responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of potential investments, which includes gathering market information, financial modeling, and comparable property analysis. Previously, Grossman was an associate at Brookfield Properties Corporation in its New York-based development group where he focused on due diligence and financial analysis of various commercial real estate development transactions.
