Jon Shepard

Shepard started his career as an infantry officer in the British Army before joining the Prince’s Trust, a UK youth development charity. He then joined Accenture, spending seven years in a variety of management consulting roles. Since 2007, Jon has been with EY. He was the global head of learning and development for EY’s Advisory business and the operations director for EY Advisory in the UK. He is now the director of Enterprise Growth Services, a non-profit EY programme which provides low-cost support for SMEs, social enterprises and NGOs in emerging markets.
