From 2002-2009, he was chief property operations officer at AIMCO, overseeing luxury, value-add, student, military, senior, office/retail mixed use, and affordable housing properties valued at $10B. He co-developed and co-founded AIMCOs portfolio investment and capital markets strategies, and was a regular speaker and contributor to industry conferences and publications.
