Jeff Burkett

Mr. Burkett is a director of Harris Williams & Co.’s Transportation & Logistics Group. He has 13 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience executing mergers, acquisitions, various capital market financings, and corporate strategy and shareholder defense assignments. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Burkett was a vice president in the Transportation & Logistics Group at Morgan Stanley, where he advised both public and private companies in a variety of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments. He also worked in Morgan Stanley’s Natural Resources Group in Hong Kong. Prior thereto, Mr. Burkett served as a strategy consultant and financial analyst.
