Founder & Chairman, The Lucas Group
Mr. Jay S. Lucas founded Lucas Group Inc. in 1991 and serves as its Chairman and Managing Partner. Previously, Mr. Lucas served as President and Managing Director of Lucas Group Inc. (formerly The Lucas Group Inc.). Prior thereto, he served as Vice President and Partner of Bain & Company. He was one of the Founders of Bain's consulting practice to Leveraged Buyout Funds and their portfolio companies. He has over the past twenty years helped numerous executives, investors and management teams set their strategic direction and grow their businesses.
