Jamie is a transaction advisory services director with 15 years of accounting and finance experience, serving private equity-backed, private closely held companies, and public traded companies through acquisitions and divestitures. He has assisted clients with almost 100 transactions representing a combined deal value of approximately $70 billion, across multiple industries and sectors, including Life Science that focused on the identification of key risk areas, quality of earnings, normalized working capital, and other deal related items. Within Life Science, he has advised clients on how to contemplate changes in gross-to-net revenue reserves and adjustments impacting the quality of earnings, and cash conversion cycle timing in relation to net working capital. Prior to joining RSM, Jamie was a director in transaction advisory services. In addition, he has held manager level positions within corporate financial planning and analysis for a privately held global pharmaceutical company, and a Fortune 20 publicly traded Telecommunications Company. His focus areas were on consolidated internal reporting and KPI analysis, cash forecasting and planning, forecasting and budgeting alignment from acquisitions and divestitures, the strategic alignment of the long-term financial plan, and the implementation of Zero-Based Budgeting. He started his career in the audit practice of a Big Four firm and transitioned over to their transaction advisory services practice.
