Greg Mansell

Greg Mansell joined IPD in 2011 and is responsible for IPD’s applied research programme; covering the practical applications of IPD’s indices and services for asset owners and managers. Greg Mansell was previously IPD’s head of research for UK and Ireland. Greg has a particular focus on global investment trends and the economic drivers of real estate markets. Greg is a member of the Society of Property Researchers and the Investment Property Forum.
Prior to joining IPD, Greg Mansell worked at real estate forecasting and research firm, Property & Portfolio Research (PPR), within PPR’s European team.
