George Raffini

George Raffini, Chairman, joined Headland in 1989, the year the firm raised its initial Asian private equity fund. George is a member of Headland´s Investment Committees and has been responsible, with his other senior colleagues, for managing the business since 1998. Prior to joining Headland, George was with Bain & Company, the US-based management consulting firm.
