Kaminsky brings 27 years of industry experience and extensive knowledge and expertise in designing and maintaining regulatory enterprise risk management systems for alternative investment companies. At ConceptONE Mr. Kaminsky continues a distinguished career in the financial services sector that began as an attorney with the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Most recently, Mr. Kaminsky has been advising clients in the oversight of fund regulatory, compliance and operations infrastructure as a Principal of Rothstein Kass Business Advisory Services. Mr. Kaminsky has also served as co-founder, Principal, COO, CCO and General Counsel for two hedge fund management companies, Rose Glen Capital Group, Inc. and Rock Hill Partners, LLC.
