Eva Garcia de la Fuente

Garcia de la Fuente is Executive Director of the Transaction Advisory Services in Colombia. Eva joined the EY Transaction Advisory Services team in Madrid in 2002 and moved to EY Colombia in 2013. She has extensive experience in dealing with audits, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring projects. She is currently focused on accounting and financial due diligence engagements. She has experience in due diligence assignments in a wide range of sectors, including construction and infrastructure, energy and utilities industry and retail and consumer products sector. Eva led the Spanish EY restructuring team from 2008-2012 performing Independent Business Reviews and lead advisory for financial restructuring projects for IBEX 35 clients.
