Cheryl Boyer is the Chief Operating Officer of Fulcrum Hospitality, a firm dedicated to enhancing asset value through established expertise in the lodging sector.  Cheryl Boyer has over 25 years of experience in hospitality-related consulting, asset management, valuation and finance.  Previously, Cheryl Boyer was the President of Lodging Advisors, and prior to that she led the New York Hospitality & Leisure practice of Pricewaterhouse Coopers.  Cheryl Boyer started her career in hotel operations with companies such as InterContinental Hotels and Accor.  Cheryl Boyer graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration in 1987. Cheryl is a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association, President of WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate, a member of the Lodging Industry Investment Council, a board member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants, Regional Vice President of the Cornell Hotel Society, and a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women.  She has authored several articles on hospitality and finance topics and has been quoted in the trade and popular press.  Cheryl has been a teacher at New York University's Center for Hospitality Industry Studies and has been a guest lecturer at Cornell University.  She has spoken at major real estate and hotel industry conferences including Urban Land Institute, Americas Lodging Investment Summit, and the Lodging Conference.
