Charles Haase joined Tokyu Livable, Inc. Global Business Development Unit in April 2012 as head of Portfolio Management & Investor Relations. Prior to GBD, Charles Haase was with the California State Teachers’ Retirement System as an institutional real estate investor with responsibilities in the United States, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Prior to that, he taught graduate and undergraduate macroeconomics and monetary policy at San Francisco State University. Ph.D., University of California, Davis.
