As a Partner, Chad is a member of Mekong Capital’s Management Committee and Investment Recommendation Committee. Chad also is a member of the Board of Directors of Mekong Capital Holdings. As a Deal Leader, Chad is responsible for long-term success of the investments in Asia Chemical Corporation, Nam Long, Intresco and Golden Gate. Chad Ovel has 17 years experience leading value growth in Vietnam. From 2000-2006, Chad worked at ScanCom Vietnam where he served in several roles, eventually becoming the Managing Director, responsible for over 6,000 employees.
