Carole Faig

Carole Faig is a global finance and accounting leader with more than 30 years of experience in all segments of the health industry including providers, health insurance businesses, and biotechnology companies. Carole is currently the US Health Deputy Leader where she helps clients navigate the complexities of the today’s health landscape. In addition to her Health Deputy role, Carole serves as EY's Southwest Region Market Segment Leader, where she spearheads the firm's efforts to bring the full strength of EY’s assurance, advisory, tax and TAS services to health care and life sciences companies across the region. As a partner with EY, she works with key health sector clients to help them to meet compliance needs and grow their business. In addition to her work at EY, Carole previously sat on the Board of Directors of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the nation's leading membership organization of health care finance executives and leaders. She now sits on the organization’s Governance Committee.
