Cameron Hillyer is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of MatlinPatterson Global Advisers and affiliates. Prior to joining MatlinPatterson in July 2012, Cameron Hillyer was Chief Financial Officer at Clearwater Capital Partners, a distressed debt and special situation firm with 80 employees spanning six countries, where he had overall responsibility for the financial management of the firm and its various funds, as well as investor relations and fundraising. Prior to Clearwater, Cameron Hillyer served as Chief Financial Officer for various alternative investment firms where his experience spanned complex hedge funds and private equity platforms both in the U.S. and internationally.
