Arvindh’s prior experiences include positions at Prospect Capital Management, BC Partners and Morgan Stanley. He has been active in the acquisition and development of several of Thoma Bravo’s software portfolio companies, including Global Healthcare Exchange, Mediware Information Systems, Sparta Systems and SRS Software. Arvindh earned an MBA from Harvard Business School after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
