Aldo Flores-Quiroga was appointed as Deputy Secretary for Hydrocarbons on August 1st, 2016. Prior to this, he was Secretary General at the International Energy Forum (IEF); with headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from January 2012 to July 2016.
