Adriana de Alcantara

Adriana De Alcantara is Head of US Separate Accounts focusing on large institutional clients. In her role she is responsible for the relationships with separate account clients and the creation and management of portfolios. She joined TH Real Estate (a division of TIAA Global Asset Management) in 2009 as Head of Asset Management in Europe and has held acquisitions and asset management positions focused both domestically and in Europe. Ms. De Alcantara has 17 years of experience in the financial and real estate industries with deep involvement in portfolio construction through the acquisition, management and disposition of office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties. In addition, she is active in industry events and has participated as a speaker at various conferences. Prior to joining TIAA, she held positions at prominent real estate organizations including Vice President at Lehman Brothers Global Real Estate Group and Vice president at O’Connor Capital Partners. Ms. De Alcantara holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UIC in Barcelona and has the European designation of Certified Financial Analyst (CEFA). She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, German and French.
