Adi Blum

Adi J. Blum is a Managing Director with First Reserve. His responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution, monitoring and exit strategy, focusing on the energy infrastructure sector. Since joining the firm in 2011, Adi has been important to the accomplishments of First Reserve’s energy infrastructure team, most recently leading the Firm’s investments with key industry partners in Mexico, such as Los Ramones II, Mexican Clean Fuels Infrastructure and La Bufa Wind, as well as leading the Firm’s teams for our First Caribbean Power & Midstream and SunReserve investments. Prior to joining First Reserve, Mr. Blum was a Vice President at High Road Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to High Road Capital Partners, he was an Associate in Citigroup Markets & Banking’s Mergers & Acquisitions group. Mr. Blum holds a B.S. from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service and an M.B.A. from New York University, Stern School of Business.
