BDCs: Ripe for Consolidation

There has been growth in the U.S. business development company (BDC) market in recent years. Now consolidation could be in the works, says Oak Hill Advisors founder Glenn August. His firm recently announced plans to acquire the management company of a BDC and he discusses why investors are attracted to the market.
