Pieter Kodde

Pieter Kodde joined Lincolnshire Management as a Managing Director in July 2005 and serves as a member of the Origination Team. Before joining LMI, Mr. Kodde was Managing Director of the Financial Sponsors Group for North America at Rabobank International, one of the world’s largest agribusiness lenders, focused on offering specialized products and services for the food, beverage and agribusiness sectors. Mr. Kodde was responsible for arranging financing for approximately fifty buy-out transactions in the food and beverage industry. Mr. Kodde is regarded as a highly experienced investment professional with expertise in the food and beverage industries. Prior to joining Rabobank, Mr. Kodde was with ABN in Brazil in Treasury and Corporate Finance.
