Carlos Ramirez Fuentes is President of CONSAR (National Commission for the Pension System). He has extensive experience in the public service, where he served as manager of Social Communication and Spokesman in Pemex DDG Broadcasting and CONSAR Institutional Link, Director of Strategy and Corporate Communications at the Ministry of Finance, Chief Economist for Mexico at Casa de Bolsa Banorte. He has also been Professor of Economics and Political Science at ITAM.S ince 2010 he served as Mexico’s leading consultant to the firm Eurasia Group, based in Washington DC.
