Rick Bailine

Bailine has more than 30 years of experience in corporate tax, including extensive experience in transactions, including mergers, spin-offs, internal restructurings and cross-border acquisitions. Prior to joining RSM, he was principal-in-charge with a Big Four accounting firm. He has also served in the corporate reorganization branch of the national office of the Internal Revenue Service, office of the chief counsel in Washington, D.C. Bailine was selected to write precedential revenue rulings for publication in the Internal Revenue Bulletin, and received an award for sustained superior performance for his work in corporate acquisitions and liquidations.
